Description
Engineer's Estimate: $298,400.00 Project Description: Except as otherwise noted herein, the CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision to construct site improvements to an existing electrical transmission switching station on District property. Site construction work includes but is not limited to partial removal of isolated grounding grid, temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; earthwork; cast-in-place concrete including slab, drilled pier, spread footing and combined footing foundations; electrical conduits; switching station grounding system improvements; switch yard crushed rock surfacing; and site disturbance restorationThe District property is located at 3132 148th ST NE, Marysville, WA 98271, in Snohomish County, Washington. Contractors must be currently on the District’s Small Works Roster category “Substation General Site Construction” prior to bidding. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com . The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
