Print Bid Title: Professional Architectural Services Former Woodburn School ADA Improvements Category: Engineering Status: Closed Description: The City of Morgantown requests expressions of interest and statements of qualifications from architectural firms or individual architects to provide professional services for architectural design and evaluation in connection with the City’s CDBG Program for ADA and related improvements to the former Woodburn School located at 918 Fortney Street, Morgantown, WV. Interested firms or individual architects must attend a mandatory pre-submission walkthrough conference at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on December 21, 2018 at the former Woodburn School site. Proposals must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, January 11, 2019 at the office of the City Manager, Room 15, City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505. The City commissioned a building assessment report for the former Woodburn School, which was prepared by The Mills Group and Allegheny Design Services and dated June 30, 2017. The report provided an initial assessment of the building’s systems, historic evaluation, programmatic and code review.
