Description

The Town of Bloomfield invites you to submit a proposal based on the requirements of the enclosed RFP. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit Development Services from prospective developers. It is the intent of the RFP to identify the party most likely to successfully develop the Town Center in alignment with the Town Center Economic Development Plan. The selected Developer shall identify the base cost of services as provided under the Scope of Services. All proposals must be received in the office of the Purchasing Department by Friday, April 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
