Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract perform Roadway Design & Related Project Development and Construction Design Support Services, District 6. The work shall be performed on roadway project development services for the Caltrans Division of Design, within District 6, as described in this Scope of Work to improve the State transportation system. Work could potentially occur throughout the counties of Fresno, Kern (western portion of Kern County), Kings, Madera, Tulare of California in District 6. The specific location of the work to be performed within the above-described geographical limits shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract amount is $5,013,221 - $8,146,484 The estimated contract term is five (5) years. Addendum 1 - DBE, GenAI and SOQ 10-24-2025 Addendum 2 - Project List Addendum 3 - Escalation It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
