DFC invites industry partners to engage in discussion on its upcoming IT Operations Labor Contract and to share their capabilities and to provide insight into industry best practices. Draft PWS is attached for review.
AFFORDABILITY. The Government seeks a solution with a total evaluated price less than $45M (optional CLINs are included in this price). Quotes should not interpret this figure as a ceiling (or as a floor) on offers; rather, this information is provided as a courtesy to prospective offerors. The Government may select an offer for award with a price below, at, or exceeding this figure if it finds that offer provides the best value and funds are available
The event will include a general session, followed by optional breakout sessions for technical discussion. This will be a hybrid event. In-person participation is highly encouraged.
