The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to provide the City with mowing at City-owned residential properties and vacant lots. Only contractors with current SC Pesticide Applicator licenses will be considered. Bidders must submit a copy of their Category 3 pesticide license. This is required to be considered responsible and responsive to this bid.
