These items being: Chevy Tahoe, Ford Pickup, Johnston Broom, Bucket Truck, Tent, Snow Plow, Crack Sealer, Broom Attachment for Bobcat, Loader Bucket, Hydraulic Power Unit and a Sander Unit. A detailed list of items will be available at time of bid sale. These items may be inspected at the City of Evanston, Public Works Building, 33 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming on December 10, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bids will be publically opened at 9:00 am on December 11, 2014 at Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston. Publication Date/Time: 11/24/2014 12:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 12/20/2014 3:00 PM Submittal Information: Written sealed bids will be accepted at Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle on December 10th Bid Opening Information: December 11, 2014, 9:00 am Miscellaneous: City Council will award bids on December 16, 2014 and items must be paid for and picked up on December 17, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Public Works Shop, 33 Allegiance Circle. The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in the best interest of the City of Evanston. All items must be picked up and paid for by December 18, 2014.
