Proposed Goods and Services consist of, but not limited to the following: All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to collect, transport, and dispose of municipal solid waste, recyclables, and bulky items generated at designated Department of Defense facilities on Oʻahu. Services shall ensure timely and efficient removal from each site, maintain clean and safe container areas, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and DoD regulations. Waste must be delivered to approved facilities such as H‑POWER, City and County of Honolulu transfer stations, or permitted landfills, while maximizing diversion through recycling and waste‑to‑energy processes to support Department of Defense sustainability goals.
