Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for IT Services Category: Casper-Natrona County Health Department Status: Closed Description: The Casper-Natrona County Health Department (CNCHD) gives notice that it will accept proposals for sealed IT Managed Services and IT Infrastructure Consultations for new building services. To submit a proposal: Obtain an RFP packet online at the Casper Public Health website , available the week of July 1, 2024 Prepare a proposal following RFP Instructions Submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled PROPOSAL FOR IT MANAGED SERVICES and IT INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTATION FOR NEW BUILDING SERVICES to: Anna Kinder, Executive Director 475 South Spruce Street Casper, WY 82601 Promptly after the deadline, the CNCHD Executive Director or Department-appointed Designee will publicly open, read aloud all submission names, and record all correctly submitted proposals on July 15, 2024 at 3:00 pm. CNCHD will not open a proposal received after the deadline or not in a sealed opaque envelope adequately labeled. CNCHD retains its right to reject a proposal(s) in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal it determines is in the best interest of CNCHD.
