Print Bid Title: Maintenance Equipment Storage Building Category: Highway Department Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for a 50’x104’ wood-frame maintenance equipment storage building located within the City of Brookings for the Brookings County Highway Department will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Brookings County, South Dakota, 520 3rd St. Suite 210, room 221 until 2:00 P.M. on Monday the 6th Day of November 2023. (All bids must be mailed or delivered to the above address) Such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Brookings City & County Government Center 520 3rd St. Suite 210, Room 221, Brookings, South Dakota, at the time specified on the Call for Bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond. By virtue of statutory authority preference will be given to materials and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids which it deems to be in the best interest of the county. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with Brookings County for a 50’x104’ wood-frame maintenance equipment storage building located within the City of Brookings for the Brookings County Highway Department.
