Print Bid Title: Engineering Design Srvcs for Repairs to Vaulted Sidewalks at City Hall Category: Engineering Status: Closed Description: The City of Morgantown is seeking evaluation, design, construction drawings, bid documents, construction inspection, construction administration, and final as-builts for the repair or infill of the City Hall Spruce Street Vaults. The study and design should look at the five subgrade rooms, two stairwells, Spruce street sidewalk (ADA Ramps included) and curb, and ramp entrance with rail. Five rooms include women’s restroom and women’s toilet, men’s restroom and men’s toilet, and storage space located under the main entrance ramp. The City will also provide existing drawings, cost estimates, and reports upon request. All construction will be under the supervision of the City of Morgantown. The City of Morgantown shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm(s). The City of Morgantown prepared this Request for Proposals and has designated Alex Stockdale, as project manager.
