In an effort to increase universal accessibility in our parks, Oakledge Park has been a focus of many construction projects in recent years. Some of these major changes include rehabilitating the Greenway that runs through the park, adding a ramp and stair system down to Blanchard Beach, and the Oakledge Universally Accessible Playground. To support these significant upgrades, our restroom facilities need to be renovated to universal access standards. A pre-bid meeting wase held on 02/05/2025, beginning at 1:30 PM at 11 Flynn Ave. (Oakledge Park). Addendum 1 has been issued on 02/12/2025.
