Print Bid Title: Rail Trail Stone Dust Category: City Manager Status: Closed Description: City of Belfast Public Bid Notice Rail Trail Stone Dust The City of Belfast is looking to hire a contractor to supply and deliver up to 1800 tons of stone dust to a site within the City which will be used to make a 10 foot wide pedestrian and bicycle trail along a 2.2 mile rail corridor. The City has prepared a bid package which contains the required specifications of this stone dust mix to help qualified contractors prepare their bids. Bid packages can be procured on the City’s web site at cityofbelfast.org or picked up at the City Manager’s Office or by calling 338-3370 ext 10. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Belfast Stone Dust Bid” and submitted to the Belfast City Clerk’s Office, 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915 no later than Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 10:00 am. A public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
