The Regional School District 13 (the “District”) Board of Education is seeking sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified and experienced industrial hygienists and environmental engineering firms for professional services related to hazardous materials testing and monitoring services in connection with a school building project for renovations and addition to Memorial School located at 124 Hubbard Street, Middlefield, CT 06455. Hazardous materials include, but are not limited to asbestos, lead paint, PCB, mold, radon, refrigerants, mercury, conditions or substances that would adversely impact indoor air quality, as well as potentially harmful chemicals, solvents, hydraulic fluids, and heating oils.
