Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CONVERSE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER EXPANSION PROJECT Converse County, Wyoming is requesting sealed bids for the Converse County Animal Shelter Expansion Project, by 10:00 a.m. local time on August 8, 2025, at the Converse County Courthouse County Clerk’s Office, Suite 114, Douglas, Wyoming, the bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Commission Chambers on the 1st floor of County Courthouse. Bids received after this date and time will not be opened or considered. The Project is generally described as follows: The Base Bid includes a new animal shelter building. The Project includes the demolition of the existing animal shelter, construction of a new approximately 10,000 square-foot building, and the construction of the new exterior dog run areas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
