Description
This solicitation will be for Integrated Pest Management Service. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The U.S. government intends to award the Purchase Order (P.O.) to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The site visit is required and has been scheduled on February 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM. at no.33 Rajdamri compound, Rajdamri Rd., Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. Please submit personnel information by January 30, 2026 before 15:30 PM. to soontare@state.gov to join the site visit.
Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted no later than 16:00 hours (Bangkok time) on February 6, 2026 to e-mail: soontare@state.gov. Questions must be in English.
Quotations are due by February 17, 2026 at 16:00 PM. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
