Description
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove existing rain gutters and downspouts and install new continous rain gutters with downspouts, and removal and replacement of seven (7) manual overhead coiling doors at building 914. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 124811, Building 914 Building Envelope Repairs and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 01/28/26, at 10:00 AM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 02/04/26. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 124811. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 02/18/26 at 2:00 PM.
