PROJECT TITLE: Lincoln University – Lucy Laney Hall and Langston Hughes Library Upgrades

This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Lincoln University is embarking on a significant renovation of two cornerstone campus facilities - Lucy Laney Hall, a vital student residence, and the Langston Hughes Library, the intellectual heart of campus. Work will address roof replacement, masonry repairs, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, water infiltration and humidity control, fire protection and security enhancements, accessibility improvements, and interior renovations. These upgrades will preserve building integrity, protect valuable collections, ensure code compliance, and create safe, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for students, staff, and visitors.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $8,000,000.00

The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
