You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 25-340 ¿ Chilled Water Pipe Insulation Replacement Services for DMV Headquarters Building West. Purpose and Description of Services: Chilled Water Pipe Insulation Replacement Services for DMV Headquarters Building West. Term: Ninety (90) calendar days within a term of twelve (12) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Proposed start date: 5/1/2026 Total Estimated Contract Cost: $18,057.00 Bidder Qualifications: See attached IFB for all Bidder Qualifications. The bidder shall possess a valid C-2 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 3/5/2026 at DMV Headquarters, 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95818 (Meeting in the Lobby of Building East), for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this IFB. Written questions regarding IFB are due by 10:00 a.m. on 3/10/2026. Written Responses to questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 3/12/2026. Final date for bid submission is 11:59 p.m. on 3/17/2026. Bid opening is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 3/18/2026.
