Implementation of an AI powered chatbot to improve taxpayer's experience on tax.ohio.gov. Services will include providing a Natural Language powered Intelligent Agent for taxpayers (individuals and businesses), Enabling secure controls, improving customer experience, and Supporting integration with internal systems through APIs.
