25-310 After hour Janitorial Services for the Mountain View IBC DMV Field Office Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Estimated budget cost $127,116.00 for three (3) year term Current Contractor: Estrada Janitorial Service. Current Contract Total: $64,620.00. Current Contract Monthly Service Cost: Mid-Day Janitorial Services: $1,795.00. New Projected Term Dates: 5/1/2026 through 4/30/2029. Please note that a mandatory pre-bid conference walkthrough is scheduled for this project (see Schedule of Events below for date and time). In order for a submitted bid package to be accepted and considered, interested bidders are REQUIRED to attend the walkthrough.
