Sealed bid packets should be sent to: City-County Building Attn: Admin. (221 N. 5th St, Bismarck, ND) and are due at 3:00 PM Central Time, May 27th, 2020. All bids received will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM CST on May 27th, 2020 at the City-County Building (221 N. 5th St, Bismarck, ND) in the Mayor’s Conference room. Bids received after the scheduled opening time will be returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids which do not comply with the Bond and Licensing provisions and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder. Submit bids in duplicate on the forms provided by the Architect for the SINGLE PRIME BID for the: BISMARCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY PARKADE PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT All bids shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by J2 Studio Architecture + Design, PC, 925 Basin Avenue, Suite #5, Bismarck, ND 58504. Bona fide Prime Contract Bidders may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents by the following methods: Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain on May 5, 2020 by contacting Architect. Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of all reproduction for bid and construction documents. Online Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain access on May 5, 2020 by contacting Architect. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers. This separate envelope shall be attached to the outside of the BID envelope. The copy of the license or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State must be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope complying with Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code.
