Charleston Water System (CWS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional firms to provide support in the migration of CWS’s existing GIS data model and supporting applications to implement the Esri Utility Network solution. SOQs shall contain evidence of the Consultant’s experience and abilities in the specified area and other disciplines directly related to the proposed work.
