Print Bid Title: Notice Of Request For Proposals For Cleaning Services For The New CNCHD Building Category: Casper-Natrona County Health Department Status: Closed Description: The Casper-Natrona County Health Department (CNCHD) gives this notice that it will accept sealed proposals for Cleaning Services for the New CHCHD Building. Provide Cleaning Services for the new CNCHD Building as described in Attachment A for three (3) years, beginning February 2, 2026. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, chemicals and supplies necessary to perform services. CNCHD may issue addendums to this RFP before the deadline for submitting proposals. Any such addendum is deemed part of this RFP. There will be an optional tour of for all interested bidders on December 22, 2025 at 10:00 am at 1017 South Conwell, enter through the front entrance. Bidders may review site plans and ask clarifying questions during the tour. Bidders may submit written questions regarding the RFP by emailing Anda Kinder until December 30, 2025 at 12:00 pm. To submit a proposal: Obtain an RFP packet online , available the week of December 8, 2025 Prepare a proposal following the RFP instructions Submit a proposal in a sealed, opaque envelope labeled: Proposal for Cleaning Services for New Building Submit Proposal to: Anna Kinder, Executive Director 475 S. Spruce St. Casper, WY 82601 Promptly after the deadline of January 12, 2026 at 3:00 pm , the CNCHD Executive Director or CNCHD-appointed designee will publicly open and read aloud all correctly submitted proposal names. CNCHD will not open any proposal received after the deadline or not properly labeled. CNCHD retains its right to reject any proposal, in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and select the proposal determined to be in the best interest of CNCHD.
