Ohio Department of Health-Bureau of Maternal Child & Family Health-59392-Integration of Oral Health into Primary Care Settings for Children

The overarching goal of this contract is to improve oral health outcomes of children in the nine priority counties identified in section 1.6 by integrating oral health into non-dental settings. This will be achieved with the two objectives listed below: Objective One: Increase the application of fluoride varnish by non-dental practitioners. Objective Two: Increase the number of children aged five and under with a dental visit. Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH59392 for #SRC0000037292. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 04/14/2026 at 3:00PM.
