Description
The overarching goal of this contract is to improve oral health outcomes of children in the nine priority counties identified in section 1.6 by integrating oral health into non-dental settings. This will be achieved with the two objectives listed below: Objective One: Increase the application of fluoride varnish by non-dental practitioners. Objective Two: Increase the number of children aged five and under with a dental visit. Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH59392 for #SRC0000037292. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 04/14/2026 at 3:00PM. Please carefully review the technical evaluation criteria as shown in the RFP to understand the weight of each section once scored. Please carefully review DOH Terms and Conditions.
