The two existing gendered restrooms measure approximately 150 sqft each. There is a gravel accessible route to/from the restroom entrances. The scope will include renovating each of the existing gendered restrooms into single-occupancy, non-gendered restrooms. The concrete pad at the front of the building shall be demolished, raised, and replaced to improve access (by removing the existing step-down) and create positive drainage away from the building. The gravel access will need to be shimmed to match the renovated elevation. Renovations to the concessions space are not included. The restroom redesigns should include, at a minimum, the following elements: Full Universal Accessibility One Adult-size/Adjustable changing table Non-Gendered, single-occupancy Follow established BPRW restroom design standards (included in attached RFPQ) Energy efficiency (water/electrical, etc.) Vandal proofing Ease of maintenance Durable, long-lasting components Full coordination between the consultant and City staff, particularly the Project Manager, is key to the project and is required throughout the design process. FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
