Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: Fire Suppression System Testing and Maintenance Services, Under request for Proposal Amity 2026-2. Sealed proposals due no later than Friday, March 13, 2026 at 1:30 P.M. Mandatory pre-bid walk through is required. It will be by appointment only and one contractor at a time. Proposal specifications may only be obtained on the State of Connecticut CTSource bid board website under State Contracting Portal https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard and will be available starting 8:00 A.M., Friday, February 20, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance and Administration, District Office, Amity Regional School District No. 5, 25 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT 06525. Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion.
