Description

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. March 12, 2026, to lease up to 31,810 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for 145 cars in Windsor, for use and occupancy by the Department of Aging and Disability Services for a term of five (5) years. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proponents offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
