The City of Norwich is accepting statements of qualifications with associated scope of services and fee proposals from landscape architectural firms and qualified teams to perform consultant services relative to community outreach and preparation of a conceptual site design for a future passive recreational park facility at the former Capehart Mill site. The subject properties are municipally owned and identified as Fifth Street End of Canal (former Capehart Mill) and 6 Eighth Street (an abutting parking lot). $30K is allocated for this project as part of a $158,250 State of Connecticut DEEP CERCLA grant award.
