<p>This is the Commission’s notice of its Agency Decision to award solicitation number FWC 25/26-66C to Golden Hammer Construction.&nbsp;</p><p>Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision/Award will begin on February 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM and will end 72 hours later on March 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays).</p><p>Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision.&nbsp; Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods.</p><p>Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes</p>
