<p>This is the Commission’s notice of its Agency Decision to award solicitation number FWC 25/26-66C to Golden Hammer Construction. </p><p>Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision/Award will begin on February 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM and will end 72 hours later on March 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays).</p><p>Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods.</p><p>Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes</p>
