Description
This is a roof replacement for the Thomasville Government Center located at 211 W. Colonial Drive,Thomasville, NC 27360. In general, the scope of work includes replacement of the existing single-ply roofsystem with a fully adhered felt-back thermoplastic (PVC) roof system on an approximate 16,743 square feet ofroof area.Before submitting a proposal, read the ENTIRE solicitation including the Contract Terms and Conditions. Failureto read any part shall not relieve the Contractor of its contractual obligations. Technical and Price proposals mustbe submitted at the same time. The Price proposal shall be submitted on the Request for Proposal pricing formsif provided. Include other information as requested or required. Proposals must be received by the Division ofProcurement PRIOR to the specified date and time on the acceptance requirementsSealed Proposals subject to the conditions made a part hereof will be received until 2:00 PM, on March 24, 2026,for furnishing services described herein.
