Provided signage, posts and hardware will be installed by City Department of Public Works staff. Sealed Bids for the wayfinding fabrication will be submitted in an opaque package labeled “wayfinding fabrication,” will be received by: Winooski City Hall attn: Finance Director - 27 West Allen Street Winooski, Vermont 05404 until 1:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Bid tabulation will be released to all Bidders within two business days after the Bid opening. The Bid Documents (an any Addenda) are available for download from the City website (https://www.winooskivt.gov/bids.aspx). Inquiries shall be sent in writing to the City Representative for this project, Jon Rauscher, via email ( ), prior to the Inquiry Deadline of 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2021; the City may not respond to requests received after this deadline. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. Prospective Bidders shall familiarize themselves with the Bid Documents and the project site before submitting Bids.
