Description
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform the Annual Power Generator Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126189, Stockton AASF Generator Maintenance and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders may attend the optional pre-bid job walk on 2/25/2026, at 11:00 AM at Stockton AASF, 2000 Stimson Road, Stockton, CA 95206. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/4/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 126189.
