Qualifications: Architectural firms shall comply with the following requirements to be considered for selection. Qualifications submitted by architectural firms failing to meet these requirements shall be considered nonresponsive. 1. Architectural firms shall be licensed to practice in the State of North Dakota or be licensed in the State of North Dakota at the time the firm will begin preparing plans and specifications. 2. Architectural firms shall have public safety experience with preference for design of fire station facilities within the last seven years. 3. Architectural firms shall carry and maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 professional liability insurance coverage. This insurance coverage shall be provided at no additional cost to the Fire Department. In addition, the Fire Department and the City of West Fargo shall be named as additional insureds on the selected architectural firm’s insurance policy. 4. Architectural firms shall be capable of meeting the Project schedule and have the resources available to begin and complete each phase of work. Construction must be completed by March 1, 2023. 5.
