Sealed bids will be received at the Belfast City Hall addressed to: Belfast City Clerk: 2024 Fire Department Pickup Truck 131 Church St, Belfast, Maine 04915 Until 9:00am on May 7th, at which time all received bids will be publicly opened and read at 10 am. Please forward your bid, along with any documentation outlining your proposal for the vehicle to be provided, in a sealed envelope showing the name and address of the bidder and marked, “2024 Fire Department Pickup Truck”. The attached specification is intended to be a representation of a fire department pickup truck that will meet the needs of the community. Bidders shall conform as much as possible to theses specifications. Exceptions or omissions must be set out in writing on a separate sheet entitled “Exceptions” which must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection of the bid. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and make the award in the town’s best interest.
