Description
RFQ OPD-2025-01: Train the Trainer for Workforce Development The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) to obtain a vendor that will administer a customized training program for Division of State Operations (DSO) using a train-the-trainer (TTT) model. DSO intends to replicate the training to build its own long-term, independent, internal training capacity. The intended program will become intellectual property of OPWDD DSO upon completion of the Contract term.
