Print Bid Title: Lift Station Rehabilitation Category: Airport Status: Closed Description: INVITATION TO BID AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS NORTHEAST WYOMING REGIONAL AIRPORT GILLETTE, WY Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened at 1:00 p.m., local time on April 4, 2023, by the NORTHEAST WYOMING REGIONAL AIRPORT at the Airport Administration Office, 2000 Airport Road, Suite 108, Gillette, WY 82716, for the construction of “Airport Improvements” to include the following: LIFT STATION REHABILITATION All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. The bidder’s name and address shall appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Attn: Executive Airport Director 2000 Airport Road, Suite 108 Gillette, Wyoming 82716 Bid Bond All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Wyoming, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Wyoming, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid.
