Print Bid Title: Request for Bids - CDBG Business Façade Grant Project - 17 Court Street, Belfast Category: Economic Development Status: Closed Description: REQUEST FOR BIDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT BUSINESS FAÇADE GRANT PROJECT BASIL BURWELL COMMUNITY THEATER 17 COURT STREET, BELFAST The Basil Burwell Community Theater, home of the Belfast Maskers at the building located at 17 Court Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide bids for the following two separate services: Rebuild the front retaining wall and re-lay brick pathway ramp and patio in front of doorway. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. The full bid package contains additional information regarding this scope of work. Bids are due at 3:00 PM, on Thursday, October 6th and can be either mailed or hand-delivered to: Thomas Kittredge, Economic Development Director, City of Belfast (Belfast City Hall, top floor), 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915. Bids submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place immediately following the bid deadline and will be open to the public.
