<p>This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals or replies. It is a posting of an Agency Decision. Please do not submit a bid or no-bid reply.</p><p>On March 6, 2026, the Department posted Invitation to Bid (ITB) 25/26-40 for Mobile On-site Shredding Services on the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Due to the extent and nature of the questions received during the written inquiry period, the Department has determined that it is in the best interest of the agency to cancel the original advertisement, clarify and revise the scope of work, and readvertise the ITB under a new number and advertisement. </p><p>The posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Pursuant to Chapter 120.057(3), F. S., posting of this Agency Decision will begin on Tuesday April 4, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. and shall end on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 3:00 P.M.</p><p>Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3) F.S. or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 F.S.</p>
