Title: RFQ 2025-14 Commission Meeting AV Services Project Location: Sacramento County Offers Due: Tuesday, March 24, 2026 @ 1:00 PM NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS The purpose of this RFQ is to contract with an outside contractor to provide gavel-to-gavel audiovisual support for both hybrid and virtual public meetings over Zoom Webinars, live internet webstreaming (webcasting) services, and video documentation for the archive of Commission meetings. Meetings are currently scheduled for a single day. There are typically six Meetings scheduled per year; however, it is possible that a special meeting may be held, in addition to the regular monthly meeting. One meeting a year may also be canceled; however, this is not common. It is also possible that training workshops or other meetings may be held in addition to the public Commission meetings that require audiovisual support and video documentation. Vendors that have current experience providing audiovisual support for hybrid or virtual meetings, live streaming of meeting content, in both audio and multiple video formats, and experience in managing hybrid and virtual meetings using the Zoom Webinar platform, are invited to respond.
