The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is seeking a contractor for the installation of roof coating, primer and coating, of the Guensberg Building on the ground of Hawaii State Hospital. Contractor must attend mandatory pre-conference site visit on March 6, 2026, at 9:00am Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Physical site visit of the area to evaluate the scope of work. Only contractors who attend mandatory pre-conference, upload completed forms and supporting documents listed on solicitation document and are compliance with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) are eligible for award.
