PROJECT TITLE: District 12-0 Fayette County Maintenance Office – Renovation
PROJECT LOCATION: 825 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401
This Project is advertising for PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS for design and/or engineering services.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The project scope of work includes but is not limited to: renovations to an office building and detached maintenance garage. Work at the main office building includes – Replacement of the existing roof top equipment, BAS, portions of roof membrane, emergency generator, electrical service panels, areas of damaged site concrete, door hardware, window systems, and hallway carpet. Renovate existing spaces to create ADA compliant and universal toilet rooms. Renovate or repair interior wall and ceiling finishes in the attached maintenance area.
Work at the preventative maintenance garage includes – Replacing the existing power distribution, lighting, and air handling unit. Provide new energy recovery ventilation equipment. Renovate existing toilet rooms for ADA compliance. Renovate the enclosed mezzanine for code compliance and obtain an occupancy permit for the existing building.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $5,000,000.00
