Following are instructions and/or specifications pertaining to the bid. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Fire Department Pickup Truck Bid." Bidders are requested to submit their proposal to the City Clerk's office, 131 Church St., Belfast, Maine 04915 on or before 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2016 at which time bids will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Please submit price with trade-in and price without trade-in. The City is exempt from taxes; therefore bids should reflect this. The City has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
