Fifth Street on the following: Sky Ridge Development Phase 1 - 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1:30 PM. All prime bidders must attend. Plans and specifications are available through QuestCDN at https://qap.questcdn.com/qap/projects/prj_browse/ipp_browse_grid.html?projType=all&provider=4152805&group=4152805 . Plans and specifications are also on file at the Building and Development Office, 625 Fifth Street and are available upon request by 9/1/2020. In accordance with South Dakota law, each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a cashier’s check or money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project. The City of Spearfish reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or waive any irregularities therein.
