Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services Category: Casper-Natrona County Health Department Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that Natrona County is soliciting qualifications and proposals from construction firms until December 5, 2023, at 3:00 pm for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the construction contract of a one story, 35,000 sf new facility on the corner of 12th and Conwell Streets in Casper, WY, to be operated by the Casper-Natrona County Health Department. There will be a pre-proposal meeting and questions from interested Proposers session at 10:00 am on November 21, 2023 in the North Platte Room at the NC Health Building. RFP responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, PDF format, or other electronic media agreeable to the Owner. Electronic versions are mandatory. In addition to the mandatory electronic version, five signed copies of the RFP must be sent to the below address. The electronic format and five original signed copies of the responses will be accepted up to, but no later than, December 5, 2023, 3:00 pm Mountain Time.
