Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals to provide a comprehensive Managed Print Management solution for the City to replace the currently contracted services, while also including upgrades and new features that will improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enable modern workflows. It is the City’s desire to significantly reduce the number of Printers over the first 12 months of awarding a contract. At the same time, the City desires flexibility to add devices to the contract during the contract term. The City’s current contracted Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) services end in September 2027, and there will be a possibility to extend this Managed Print Services Contract to include 10-15 MFPs once the contract ends in ...
