OF SALEM, VAREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 2026-010ON-DEMAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICESThe City of Salem is accepting sealed Proposals from qualified Contractors to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for construction and/or contracting services to include land clearing, land grading, concrete patching, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, brick paver installation and hardscape maintenance, asphalt paving, asphalt patching, roadway painting/striping, wet utilities, dry utilities, all on an “as needed” basis at locations in, and around, the City of Salem.Sealed Proposals must be received by hand delivery, mail or electronic submission through eVA by 3:00 PM ET, on Friday, May 1, 2026.If hand delivering or mailing a sealed Proposal, the Proposal package must be received by the City of Salem Purchasing Department, 114 North Broad Street, Salem, VA 24153, at or before the stated due date and time.If submitting a Proposal response electronically on eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov , Offerors must ensure that they are a registered vendor in eVA.
