Description

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new Crew Headquarters building to be used for office space and the storage of maintenance implements and tools. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40’ x 100’ pole building with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows and other building appurtenances. Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913), separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts:
CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL
CONTRACT NO. 2 –MECHANICAL
CONTRACT NO. 3 – PLUMBING
CONTRACT NO. 4 - ELECTRICAL
When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
