Competitive Sealed Bids to PROVIDE COURIER SERVICES TO TRANSPORT OFFICE MAIL AND COURT DOCUMENTS BETWEEN COURT OFFICES LOCATED IN HILO, KAMUELA AND KONA FOR THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, will be received electronically only THROUGH THE STATE OF HAWAII ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM (HIePRO) and will be opened at the date and time indicated in HIePRO. Bids (using the offer forms provided in Section Four) received after the date and time specified in HIePRO or at a location other than HIePRO will NOT be considered. PROPERLY COMPLETED SECTION FOUR - OFFER FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH HIePRO WITH THE TOTAL BID PRICE. When submitting the offer form be sure to submit all five (5) pages of the completed Section Four - Offer Form. REFER TO IFB J27005 SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
