Preserve new foundation and install access barrier 1’ out from foundation to prevent accidental falls and cap any utilities on site. Seed hay and/or mulch disturbed areas. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “City of Belfast – 333 High St. Demo Project” Bidders are requested to submit their proposal to the City Manager’s Office, 131 Church St, Belfast, Maine 04915, on or before 10:30 a.m., September 18, 2025 at which time bids will be publicly opened. The City of Belfast is exempt from taxes, therefore bids should exclude such taxes. The City of Belfast reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The award of the bid may be based on price, quality, and/or service. The City of Belfast reserves the right to reject all bids.
